Thrive Tabata is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training Workout (HIIT) with Tabata Timing. These classes use cardio and strength-based exercises that are designed to ignite the metabolism. This is a short, efficient & effective workout.
Thrive Barre classes are designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone the whole body through elements of Pilates, dance, and yoga. These exercises are low impact but may offer adjustable cardio bursts to improve your cardiovascular endurance.

Thrive Challenge Classes have 3 Segments: Tabata/HIIT + Strength + Core Flow. Clients can attend the whole class or 1 or 2 Segments.
This class is meant to challenge the Cardiovascular system during the Tabata/HIIT Segment, Strengthen the Full Body with challenging weights and timing during the Strength Segment and Challenge the Core with Pilates-based exercises to complete the class.
